A: No, we also take into account gemstones, maker, and craftsmanship when evaluating your item. That being said, the metal may still make up a significant portion of your item's value by virtue of the historically high precious metal prices.
- Q: Should I clean my items?
A: Please don't clean or polish your items. The process of cleaning or polishing can, at best, take up some of your time. At worst, it can completely destroy the item's value.
- Q: Am I obligated to sell anything?
A: Nope! You can sell as much or as little as you'd like. If you'd like to use our service as a free verbal appraisal, you're welcome to do so.
- Q: Do you buy costume jewelry?
A: Unfortunately, we don't buy costume jewelry. That being said, we encourage you to have us take a look anyway. It's possible we may find an item was more valuable than you thought!
- Q: How many items can I have you look at?
A: There's no limit to the number of items we'll look at! Please include as much as you'd like.
